Age Requirements Tattoos:

• Must be 18+ with valid government-issued ID.

• No exceptions for minors.

Piercings:

• 16–17 may be pierced with a parent or legal guardian present.

• Both must have matching government-issued IDs (names & addresses must match).

• For minors under 16, only select piercings may be allowed — at the piercer’s discretion.

• We do not pierce infants or young children.

• All minors must have proper documentation; no exceptions.

Deposits

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit. Deposits apply toward your final total and secure your time. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours’ notice, the deposit is forfeited.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require 72 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Changes made inside 72 hours may result in loss of deposit.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit is forfeited and future appointments may require additional deposits.

Cover-Up Work

We offer tattoo cover-ups, including projects many shops will not take. Cover-ups often require multiple sessions and results vary depending on the existing tattoo.

Touch-Ups

Touch-ups are handled at the artist’s discretion. Additional charges may apply for work impacted by poor aftercare, sun exposure, or improper healing.

Health & Safety

We cannot tattoo or pierce anyone who is: • Sick • Under the influence • Pregnant or breastfeeding • Sunburned or has damaged skin in the tattoo area.

Behavior

We maintain a professional, respectful shop environment. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will result in the appointment being stopped.
